Releasing the Shadow

The "shadow" is a concept describing all the things about ourselves we do not like, accept, or wish to look at. These are the parts of ourselves we have judged as unacceptable and keep locked away, often out of our own awareness. The soul's purpose is to become complete and longs to become unified with all parts of us.

Awakening to the Divine

On this physical level, we have all experienced disappointments, rejection, and betrayal. We’ve had our heart broken in many ways. We often respond to these situations by losing trust, not fully engaging in life and shutting down our heart. Our true essence is one of loving and joy. When our heart is closed, it creates a void that can only be filled from within.
